Alexander Loudon was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada.

Formally educated in psychology, business, and finance, her life journey has always included a balance of sports and other physical challenges, and a non-physical, internal awareness and growth involving responsible, self chosen direction and purpose aimed at being her best, and the best she can be for others.

The art of happiness is in this combination.
